I began training with Roger in the summer of 2021. I was rehabbing an ankle injury, and I was working to get over the mental hurdle of building back to full speed. After a few sessions of extensive testing, Roger gave me the all-clear to return to full activity. He then went on to put me through some of the hardest workouts of my life. We have remained in touch and I still pull up to the facility from time to time to see that he and Crown are doing better than ever.

 

Roger takes great pride in helping athletes stay ready, focused, and energized. His strength and conditioning programs are built around three pillars: good movement, good feet, and sleep / recovery.  He has great experience in load management and builds personal programs to enhance your training schedule.

 

Roger has extensive experience working with top professional and college players in leagues such as MLS, MLS Next, and NCAA. He has also worked with several Major League Baseball players, top tennis pros, and several footballers who are playing abroad.  There is no doubt he can help take your game to the next level!
